1. Copy School name from Form Entries: Forms > Entries > Highlight School Name > Copy
2. Create School Data Entry Form: Select Master Data Entry Form > Duplicate > Rename as specific school form (See Del Norte for example)
3. Pages > Add New > Paste School Name as Page Title, Insert Form > Set Data Entry Form as Parent Page > Publish (Save)
4. Password Protect Page, Send data entry page link and PW to school admin contact (Bob or Ray)
